Robert R. Jinright, AIA, Principal

Robert Jinright is a second generation member of the firm. He joined the firm in 1954 and was named Partner in 1960. He became President in 1974. Mr. Jinright has completed individual study in architecture and building construction in countries throughout Europe and Asia. His architectural career includes extensive experience with prominent clients such as Flowers Industries and Shields & Company.

Mr. Jinright is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the American Planning Association (APA), and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). He has served on the Georgia Association of the American Institute of Architects Board of Directors and as President of the Southwest Georgia Chapter. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is NCARB certified and is registered in 10 states (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.)


Leon F. Lynn, AIA, Principal

Leon Lynn joined the firm as a Vice President in 1990, and became Secretary/Treasurer in 2004. Leon draws his architectural foundation from his early architectural experiences as Vice President of a General Contracting firm. Because of his diverse knowledge of the architecture field, Mr. Lynn provides considerable insight into the fundamentals of project planning, project management, project cost, and Owner-Contractor relationships. Leon feels that prioritizing design decisions in relation to the project budget and project documents (specifications and drawings) is the cornerstone of designing quality projects within established budgets.

Mr. Lynn is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA.) Leon holds a Bachelor of Architectural Technology degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology Southern Institute of Technology. Mr. Lynn is currently registered as an architect in the state of Georgia.


Beverly Harris, Administrative Assistant

Beverly joined Jinright, Ryan, and Lynn in 1980. Since that time she has been providing significant support and coordination for all stages of product development. She serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Principals and coordinates presentation, working drawings, and bid processes to ensure the firms high level of quality assurance.

Beverly holds a Bachelor of Architectural Technology degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology Southern Institute of Technology.


Craig J. Burnett, Project Manager

Craig joined Jinright, Ryan, and Lynn in 1996, and was named Project manager in 2001. He has fifteen years experience in architectural design and project administration. Craig is responsible for the production and coordination of the construction drawings including research of national and state building codes.

Craig holds a Bachelors of Science in Architecture degree from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University.


Charner A. Rouse II - Assoc. AIA, LEED AP, Intern Architect

Prior to pursuing his degree in architecture, Mr. Rouse worked in the Internet Service industry for SurfSouth, Inc. and Volaris Online as the Applications Manager. Mr. Rouse also earned a bachelor of business administration before entering into the field of architecture.

Mr. Rouse later received his Master of architecture degree from Florida A&M University and was a King medal finalist for his thesis work in sustainable architecture. His portfolio includes historic preservation projects, religious facilities, commercial and educational projects, as well as residential projects in south Georgia and north Florida.

Prior to joining Jinright, Ryan, & Lynn Architects, he worked in Tallahassee, FL with emphasis in Historic Preservation and Roofing/Waterproofing. Recent projects include the Historical Hand Trading Building, First Baptist Tifton Rotunda, and Catholic Church of Thomasville Fellowship Additions.

Mr. Rouse is a LEED Accredited Professional, an accreditation issued by the United States Green Building Council.


Benjamin Hudson, Southwest Georgia Technical College, Architectural CAD (Computer-Aided Design) Specialist

Mr. Hudson joined Jinright, Ryan, & Lynn in 2007. Since that time he has been providing significant support and coordination for all stages of computer-aided construction documentation. Mr. Hudson has become instrumental to our "hands on" approach to construction management and project documentation.

Prior to joining Jinright, Ryan, & Lynn Architects, he worked for Barnett, Fronczak & Barlowe, Architects, Tallahassee Florida.

Mr. Hudson has over twenty years of field experience in the construction industry with invaluable knowledge of construction techniques and practices and excellent skills in the development of construction drawings. Mr. Hudson graduated 2004 with honors in the Architectural Drafting Specialist program SGTC.
