Completed in 2023, (opened in April 2023) comprised of total 12,600 square feet includes retail sales space, coolers, cooler storage space, restrooms, showers, cafeteria and dining area.  The parking area includes gas pump stations, and a separate larger area for diesel fuel and parking for tractor trailers to park.  Situated on roughly 8.8 acres, the site offers separate fueling and parking areas.
