Project:
Modifications to the existing 3,225 s.f. Fellowship Hall and Kitchen included a 1,100 s.f. addition. The construction included demolition of a portion of an existing load bearing exterior masonry wall, requiring significant temporary shoring and column footings for the existing second floor exterior wall which was to remain. Upgraded video equipment for presentations in the Fellowship Hall was one part of the work and the renovated Kitchen included new flooring, cabinets, kitchen equipment and an adjacent pantry.
