Construction of a single story 11,512 sq. ft. structure of concrete foundations and concrete slab on grade, pre-engineered metal building including insulated metal roof and wall panels. Interior finishes for office spaces include light-gauge metal stud framed partitions, gypsum board, suspended acoustical ceilings, resilient and resinous flooring. Exterior openings include aluminum entrances and windows and dock service doors.
