Project:
Completed in January of 2018 this project included the renovation of the existing Emergency Department (2,000 SF) and new construction of the expansion (800 SF).  One of the major challenges with this project was coordinating construction activities with the Hospital so that the Emergency Department was operational throughout the duration of construction.  In order to accommodate this requirement, the renovation of the existing ER area was completed in phases so that only two treatment rooms were ever down at any one time.  The project provided a completely new entry and lobby area that allowed for more waiting spaces as well as semi-private check-in stations.  Included in the renovation was an additional treatment room, triage room, and Isolation Room.
