Project:
Completed in 2016 these two new residence halls are part of the overall expansion and revitalization of the former Magnolia School property.  Building “A” (18,127 SF) provides twelve 4-Bedroom apartments and Building “B” (12,431 SF) provides eight 4-Bedroom apartments for a total of 80 new beds.  Each unit provides a common kitchen, living area, and laundry, while there is are two shared baths in each unit.
